In the light of recent events, and oncoming ones re COVID-19, here at Sassy Cakes we are committed to bring you the best service.

 

We are all well and trading per usual, keeping our normal cleaning and sanitizing practices and adding extra caution where needed.

Our ingredients are vetted and delivered with the utmost care and minimal contact is made with 3rd parties.

 

Our concern is with planned events and social gatherings.

If you feel there may be a chance that your event will be cancelled/postponed or moved to a later date, please notify us immediately.

 

All of our products are made fresh and in most cases involve many hours of work and preparation.

It is therefore imperative that you let us know at a minimum of 7 days prior to your event, what you have decided.

 

For those who have paid a deposit or in full, as per our T's & C's we do not refund, as we have purchased equipment, supplies, insurance, power etc to complete your orders.

We will however hold your payments in Credit until you notify us of your plans. We will not be adding time restrictions to help with flexibility.
